Amy was on fire today bagging 4 goals after her initial blip as she missed 2 shots at the goal in the opening minutes, (her mum threatened to take her to spec savers)!!!!!
The first goal was set up by Becky as she sent a through ball for Amy to cleverly chip over the keeper.
Tiff set up the 2nd goal as she aimed at the net hitting a defender, the ball looped over the keeper towards the net, another defender tried to head it out but helped the ball find the net.
There was non stop action and many a great shot being saved or just missing the net throughout the game; George had a tremendous shot saved by the keeper at full stretch. Chaz too had a curling corner just clipping the top post and had the same luck with a free kick.
Mel brought the ball out from defence with perfect timing, to push it towards Amy for her to squeeze the ball past the keeper to the bottom corner for the 3rd goal.
Amy opened the scoring in the second half to give her a hat trick, quickly followed by Chloe getting her head on the end of a super corner from Chaz.
Fiery Amy then bagged her fourth before Chelsea slammed one in from an excellent ball provided by Natalie to finish the succession of goals.
Every player gave 100% and reaped the rewards, the defence a little frustrated at times, had little to do today so took turns to play up the field a bit more and show off their talents.
