The second half looked more promising with Hemsworth settling into the game and having a few attempts at goal but to no avail.
Hemsworth held the home team at 3 for the most of the second half but then Rothwell scored again from another corner, and the final goal came in the last 20 seconds of the match.
Rhea in goals, definitely saved the day with her numerous skillful saves, and Linzi in defence was fast and tough, tracking down the Rothwell strikers.
The only goal from the away team came from a brilliant cross from Chloe having won the battle of the ball, to Jodie who's shot was stopped by the keeper only to be given a second chance as the keeper dropped the ball.
Sid commented on Rhea, Linzi and Jodie's strong performance and the excellent team spirit displayed throughout the match. He was also pleased with how individuals adapted to different positions which on another day could have seen a different score!!!!
