Chelsea scored twice in the first 10 minutes, the first from a chipped ball from Livvy for her to lob over the keepers head and the second came from Mel producing a brilliant header towards the keeper, who then dropped it at Chelsea's feet for her to put Hemsworth into a 0-2 lead over Bradford.
The third goal came as a result of a free kick awarded as Amy was bowled over, Chazzie stepped up to take the free kick for Hemsworth just outside the centre circle, and powered the ball into the top corner for Hemsworth to extend their lead 0-3.
The Hemsworth team were confident and it showed with the great string of passes being demonstrated starting from the defence forwards. The defence of Jodie, Linz, Nat and Becky were strong and unbeatable, playing strategical football as well as holding off Bradford's attackers. Chloe and Chaz gelled well together as did Livvy and Chels.
Chloe was unlucky not to have scored as she had a couple of long range shots just missing the target. Jodie and Amy also go on to the near miss list with 2 headers from Jodie narrowly missing the goal, and Amy having a couple skim past the post also.
A fab game today with all players putting in an exceptional performance, especially George volunteering to go in goals, she did a top job!
