Hemsworth pressured right from the whistle with Tiff laying on a good ball for Chazzie to blast from the edge of the box, just skimming past the goal post. The duo were unlucky with another combination, Chazzie placed a corner ball for Tiff to head but it marginally went over the bar. Third time lucky- Chazzie knocked on a ball for Amy who took it out to the right, drawing out the keeper, leaving the net wide open for her to expertly slot in the bottom left corner of the net.
Wigton clawed a goal back minutes before the half time whistle to add to the excitement of the game.
The second half was hard fought by the two teams with end to end play and every player giving 100%, until a combination from Chelsea finding Mel in midfield who headed the ball on for Amy to beat the defender and the goal keeper for another brilliant goal.
Wigton made it hard work for Hemsworth in the last 10 minutes of the game, but with Rhea's fantastic dives, Jodie, Linz and Becky's determination, they could not get through the formidable four.
A fantastic performance from all the girls proving difficult to single out one player this week.
