Tingley made the extra man down the left count and this resulted in a scrambled goal to take the lead over Hemsworth.
New keeper Chantelle made some good saves as the Hemsworth goal came under more pressure but once again Hemsworth started to pressure with a header from Chels going wide after a great lob from Mel. Shortly after some great running down the wing Tiff struck a shot that went past the keeper and into the net to level the score. Amy and Chels kept up the pressure with several shots just going wide.
Tingley fought back but Chantelle stopped everything that came goalwards before her clearance to Chels set her on her way up the wing and into the Tingley half outpacing the Tingley defence before smashing the ball past the advancing keeper to give Hemsworth the lead.
As the pressure mounted on Tingley a through ball found Briony at the edge of the box who turned a defender before slotting the ball home for Hemsworth's third.
Tingley didn't give up and only minutes later Chantelle managed launch herself sideways to bravely scoop the ball away from the goals before she hit her wrist against the post.
Playing slightly downhill in the second half made it a little easier on the depleted squad but an injury to Mel brought the squad numbers down again. Shortly afterwards a great free kick from Chazzie that the Tingley keeper just managed to tip over the bar raised their confidence again and the tempo of the game went up yet another notch. Chazzie scored the 4th when she dribbled past 2 defenders before confidently striking the ball past the keeper.
Tingley pressed back and a ball across the box was met by one of their attackers and she slotted the ball into the Hemsworth net.
Tingley tried again and again to get up to the Hemsworth goals but the formidable defence managed to keep them at bay.
The final goal followed a super throw from George that Briony raced after and smashed into the bottom corner of the net. With only a few minutes to go this seemed to be the signal for an all out attack on Tingleys goal, and in the space of a few minutes almost all of the front line and midfield had shots on goal either flash past the posts or being saved by the keeper. (Tiff's strike onto the crossbar being the closest).
As the final whistle went both teams were congratulated for the efforts they had put into, what had turned out to be a great match for both sets spectator's with plenty to cheer about throughout the match.
